Cheese Cake - Greg Bartel's Recipe
Here's the recipe:
All at Room temperature:
1 1/2 lbs (3 cups) cream cheese
1/2 lb (1 cup) sugar
1/2 lb (1 cup) sour cream
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Beat together in order.
Crust:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 325 for 35-40 minutes.
Let cool. Refrigerate.
